Join our dynamic team at Castle Howard as a Catering Supervisor.

This permanent role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with daytime hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 5 days over 7, and occasional late finishes during events.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage daily operations in one of our four main F&B outlets: Courtyard Café, Boathouse Café, Coffee Shop, or Fitzroy Café
•    Ensure seamless functionality and deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Castle Howard brand
•    Supervise and lead the catering team in your designated outlet
•    Participate in planning and delivering banqueting or hospitality events
•    On occasion, operate one of our catering horse trailers, serving barista coffee, ice cream, or hot food

Requirements:
•    Previous supervisory experience
•    Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
•    Ability to work occasional late finishes during events
