The Volunteer Development Manager will support and help grow our team of 200+ volunteers, ensuring they receive recognition and training while also being ambitious about future volunteering opportunities. This role involves developing and nurturing current volunteers and creating new roles and programs. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, and a multitasker who enjoys being busy, shows great attention to detail, and loves thinking of better ways to do things.
